Designed around a clean gabled silhouette, softened with warm natural materials and expansive glazing that dissolves the boundary between indoors and out.

From the moment you enter, the home draws you forward—through light-filled living spaces and toward the horizon, where water and sky stretch beyond the pool terrace.

A series of connected gabled pavilions, each clad in vertical shiplap timber weatherboard and framed with luxurious Iluzo brick veneer. The black colour steel roofing in tray profile enhances the linear geometry, offering a strong visual contrast and sharp material palette.

The Iluzo brick veneer extends indoors, where vaulted ceilings finished in natural timber adds warmth, while floor-to-ceiling windows capture the shifting light and spectacular lake outlook throughout the day.

One of the defining features of this project emerged from a pivotal last-minute change: an originally planned open outdoor area at the front of the house was revised to be enclosed and integrated into the home.
This alteration—driven by the client’s desire for increased year-round usability and thermal performance—presented both challenges and opportunities.

What was once intended as a semi-covered outdoor area evolved into a versatile internal space, now offering a quiet retreat with lake views and seamless access to the main living areas.

The transition was managed swiftly during the construction phase, requiring close collaboration to ensure aesthetic consistency and structural integrity.
This adaptive moment speaks to the project’s flexibility and the design team's agility in responding to evolving needs without compromising the architectural vision.
